Defragmented Cubism

The first proposal represents a game of rational defragmenting of volumes by degrees of ethereality. Functional volumes are placed so as to adapt to the extreme cantilevered topography, some of them virtualized via pergola systems that generate shaded areas housing protected exterior activities, and give rise to a series of terraced platforms that atomize the exterior experience until one arrives to the garden expanse.

With 300m2 built above ground this house takes advantage of the local urban planning regulations to provide an extensive program that maximizes the spatial, light, views, energy optimization requirements of each of the functions.
